From under 19teen World cup Champion of Indian captain to under 19teen commentator. There was a time people use to say the future captain of Team India now lost the way to get into the Indian Team. It was his misfortune. This is the story of a forgotten hero of cricket.

Every body dream to make century in world cup final but not a lot have done. But UNMUKT CHAND not only dreamed about doing so but also, he did that. In 2012 UNMUKT CHAND played a remarkable innings of 122 runs and he leaded his Team to Victory.

He used to play IPL at that time but didn’t got that much of a chance to play regular matches so for him 2013 IPL was an opportunity to make a way to the Indian Team.

First match Delhi vs Kolkata Brett Lee had the ball and Unmukt Chand was facing. He got BOWLED OUT in first ball. That, one ball was like a disaster for his career.

Next year he moved to Rajasthan Royals and for next two years straight he played for Mumbai. Even his team Mumbai Indians got the IPL trophy once in his career span but his career didn’t go any further.

A lot of people blamed a advertisement for distroying the career of Unmukt Chand. After winning the under 19teen world Cop he got the advertisement of Pepsi. In that advertisement with Unmukt Chand, tree was their Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina and the present captain of Indian Cricket team at that time MS Dhoni himself. In that advertisement Unmukt Chand said three of them that if he wants then he can easily get the chance to play in Indian Cricket Team but even if they want to get in to the under 19Teen team of his, they would never be able to get the chance.

After that advertainment Unmukt Chand never gets the chance to play for Indian Team. So, a lot of people say that after that advertainment, Unmukt Chand career got destroyed.

In present days after got ejected from IPL Unmukt Chand plays for Domestic Cricket, sometimes for Delhi for sometimes Uttarakhand. But the opportunity to get into the Indian team and IPL is very much close for him.

In cricket there is a saying that what ever your fortune is it should not be like Unmukt Chand. So, this was this story of the forgotten hero Unmukt Chand. This story may sounds emotional but this is the truth.
